My MySQL Database is too large to upload via PHPMyAdmin

If you're moving a large MySQL database onto our systems, sometimes the database can be too large to upload via PHPMyAdmin. In this case, there is an alternative solution.

1. Upload your database via FTP to the "DB" directory in the FTP root directory
2. Inform support where your database has been uploaded to - you need to tell them the domain AND the name of the server the site is located on
3. Inform support of the username and password for the database (they will need to check it is uploaded correctly

It's as simple as that.

Uploading databases in this manner is NOT a high-priority task for our support team and there may be a delay in responding to this request.
