In WebSitePanel V2.0, the choice to add an SSL Certificate does not display until a dedicated IP address has been assigned to the appropriate web site.
Once a dedicated IP has been assigned, an SSL "Tab" will appear in the web site settings area when the website is selected from the control panel.
