You can reset your FTP Password in the appropriate Control Panel.
If you are unable to reset your password because you can't remember your original password when using the HELM Control Panel, you can contact your provider and ask them to reset the password for you.
Resetting lost passwords is a low priority support request for our support team and will be dealt with in an appropriate time frame.
