I uploaded a new version of file, but I still see the old one in my browser

There are several reasons why this occurs, but the most common are:
  1. The file is being cached by your browser
    Your web browser creates copies of all web pages you visit) and you may need to clear out your web browser cache.

    If you have cleared out your cache, and you're still seeing the problem, then:

  2. Your Internet Service Provider has a caching server
    You will need to contact them to ask them clear out your cache. This is unlikely to be a high-priority support request and may take them some time.

  3. You have uploaded the file to the wrong place or you haven't uploaded it
    It does happen, and you might want to be sure that you have uploaded the correct file and that is has been uploaded to the correct location.
