The FTP Connection information for all domains added to the system is available via the Control Panel. You will find specific connection details for connecting to your web site via FTP in the Control Panel.

Yes you can. We operate a centralized FTP service for all our shared and managed servers where there is a specialized FTP server that you connect to.
If your domain hasn't propagated (and even once it has!) you can use the IP address of 82.113.135.40 as the address of the FTP Server.
Once your domain has propagated you can use ftp.<yourdomain> or continue to use 82.113.135.40 if you prefer. There is no real difference.
