It's probably not our SMTP server, but your Internet Service Provider (ISP) blocking the standard SMTP port (Port 25). They do this so that you must send emails using their email servers rather than the email servers of your choice.
We have made an alternative non-standard SMTP port available to help you get around this. Please try changing the SMTP port from 25 to 587 and you should be able to use our SMTP server.
