When you change your password for a POP email account this also changes the login password for Webmail.
You can also change your password directly from within Webmail but we strongly recommend that you do not do this. If you do change the password you will need to update your POP/IMAP account password in your email client (e.g. Outlook, Smartphone, etc) at the same time.
You can change your email password in the Control Panel.
- Log into Control Panel
- Click on "Domains"
- Click on the appropriate domain
- Click on "POP"
- Choose the appropriate POP account
- Highlight the password textbox and enter your new password
- Confirm the password
- Save your changes
Don't forget that when you change the password for a POP/IMAP account you will also need to update the password on any email client or device that downloads emails from that account.
