We do. All emails are scanned by at least 2 anti-virus scanners as well as a vulernability scanner to help keep emails free from viruses. This is turned on automatically and you don't need to do anything to make it work.
However, we highly recommend that you run your own anti-virus protection. We cannot guarantee that emails being delivered to you are free from virus or other infectious or malicious content.
