Do your DNS server support SRV records?

Yes they do, but whether you can add them yourself depends upon the Control Panel you are using.

HELM Control Panel
Helm does not support the creation of SRV records through it's interface.  If you want an SRV record added for a domain, please do the following:
 
  1. Contact Support with your request
     
  2. Be sure to include all relevant information such as:

    Servce: usually "_autodiscover"
    Protocol: usually "_tcp"
    Port Number: usually "443"
    Host: usually "remote.domainname.com"
     
  3. This will not be a high-priority support request, but it will be dealt with after more urgent support requests have been dealt with.
     

WebSitePanel Control Panel
WebSitePanel supports the creation of SRV records via the DNS manager and you can create these records yourself.
